InCuya’s FoodLand will feature several acclaimed Cleveland chefs who will create their own pop-up restaurant experiences throughout the festival grounds to add their culinary creations for fans to enjoy. We are excited to welcome Adam Lambert and Trevor Clutterback of Ohio City Provisions, Mike Nowak of Poca and The Black Pig, Brett Sawyer of The Plum, Sean Watterson, owner of Happy Dog, and specialty beverage concoctions from Happy Camper. In addition, a variety of specialty food options showcasing some of Cleveland’s best eats, including many locally-renowned food trucks such as The Manna Food Truck, Betty’s Bomb Ass Burgers, Wholly Frijoles, Sauced Wood Fired Pizza, Smokin’ Rock and Roll, Wild Spork and more.
