General Festival Info
- InCuya is an OUTDOOR EVENT, no refunds or exchanges.
- Line-up and set times are subject to change.
- InCuya is an all-ages show; however, we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child; the child will need a ticket.
- Doors will open at 12:00pm on Saturday and 1:00pm on Sunday.
- No scalping or resell of tickets allowed, no unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed.
- ID and credit card used for purchase will be required at the time of Will Call pickup.
- Everyone and everything (including vehicles) are subject to search at all entry points.
- Any alcohol purchase or consumption will require a valid picture ID.
- The festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or if you choose to leave them in your vehicle, make sure they are out of sight.
- Warning: Moshing and crowd surfing are strongly discouraged. Patrons assume all risk associated with such activities.
- The festival is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents. IF you choose to leave your valuables in your vehicle, please make sure they are out of sight and lock your vehicle when it is left unattended. Any vehicle parked overnight or illegally parked may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Where can I stay near the festival?
We have secured special rates at several hotels located just a short walk from the festival, click here to view the hotels.
What is allowed into the festival site?
- One sealed bottle of water, 24 ounce maximum
- Binoculars & small digital cameras
- Cell phones
- Sunscreen in a plastic container
- Blankets, limited to one per person
- Draw string bags and small purses
What is prohibited in the festival site?
- No instruments
- No weapons or firearms of any kind
- No colors, no patches
- No drones
- No chains, chain wallets
- No umbrellas, no hula hoops
- No back packs or duffle bags
- No camel packs or bota bags
- No drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
- No video cameras and/or audio recording devices
- No outside food/beverage (with exception of water bottle)
- No powdered substances
- No folding chairs / lawn chairs
- No coolers, No metal/glass bottles or glass containers of any kind.
- No pets, with the exception of service animals
What time do doors open?
Festival gates will open:
Saturday at 12:00pm
Sunday at 1:00pm

Where do I park?
Parking maps with detailed traffic route instructions will be posted on www.InCuya.com within four weeks prior to the event date. Please review these instructions prior to joining us.
If you are driving to InCuya, please know that St. Clair Avenue and Lakeside Avenue will be closed between Ontario St. and E 6th St.
We recommend you park near the Cleveland City Hall, the Cuyahoga County Courthouse or any other parking facility located downtown.
Arrive safely with our rideshare partner LYFT, dedicated drop-off and pick-up zones for LYFT will be close to the festival entrance and exit for the most convenient way to arrive at InCuya.
Are we allowed to leave and re-enter the festival site?
ALL festival attendees will have unlimited in & out privileges for the weekend of the festival. This means that you can feel free to experience all that downtown Cleveland has to offer all weekend long while you also enjoy InCuya! You can come and go as often as you’d like.
When does the box office open?
The box office will be open at 9am.
Are service animals allowed within the festival grounds?
Yes. Service animal, trained to assist an individual with a disability, are allowed.
Where can I drop off my medication?
Please drop off your medication at the first EMS tent located inside the main concert gate. The medical staff will check-in your medication and you will have access to it anytime throughout the duration of the festival.
I am mobility impaired, where may I view the concert?
There is a mobility platform located near the stages. Please refer to the festival concert map for locations.
Are there ADA accessible restrooms
Yes. ADA accessible porta potties will be available.
Will there be ATM’s available?
Yes, please reference the festival site map prior to the event for locations.
Where should I go for Lost & Found?
Please visit the information booth at the festival site. The festival is not responsible for lost items.
What is the price to park?
General Admission Parking is $30.00
VIP Parking is included with a VIP Ticket purchase.

ADA Parking will be available near the main festival entrance. Please visit www.northerninvasion.com for latest information on traffic and parking.

Yes, however ATM’s are powered by a 4G wireless signal which can be spotty at times, so please plan accordingly. Please reference the festival site map prior

Where should I go for Lost & Found?
Please visit the information booth at the concert site or camping check-in at the campgrounds for lost and found. Items lost at a hotel will be subject to hotel lost
& found policy and procedure. The festival is not responsible for lost items.
Am I allowed to sell food / drink in the campgrounds?
You are NOT allowed to sell food or drink on the property. River City Rockfest is on private property and there is an anti-vending law in effect.
Will bands be allowed to play in the camping area if not affiliated with the festival?
No. Be kind to your neighbors. If you have to plug it in (i.e. an amp), leave it at home.
Will pets, which are not service animals, be allowed in the campgrounds?
No. Pets, with the exception of service animals, are not allowed in the campgrounds or festival site. Pets will be picked up and placed with the local humane
society. Please use the local kennels if you are traveling with your pet. If a pet is found in the car, you will be turned away regardless of how long you have
waited in line or if you have a ticket or not. Service animal, trained to assist an individual with a disability, are allowed.
Will I be able to camp next to my friend or reserve a spot?
Tent,Tent Plus Car, Basic Rv, and Groupie: If your friends arrive after you, they will NOT be able to camp next to you as spots are on a first come first serve
basis appropriate for your package. Please arrive together if you plan on camping together as long as you have both purchased the same type of camping
packages. Upon arrival, you will be directed into the campsite appropriate for your package.
Rv Full Hookup, Roadie, Star: With the different size RV full hookup spaces, it is recommended that you and your friends purchases are combined under one order. If that is not possible or your orders have already been processed; Please arrive together if you plan on camping together as long as you have both purchased the RV Full Hookup package/upgrade. We will do our best to accommodate these requests upon your arrival. If your friends arrive after you, they will NOT be able to camp next to you.

What constitutes an “RV”?
An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal sixteen (16) passenger van. All oversized vehicles, trailers, and campers
that are towed are considered RVs. You MUST have bought an RV space to bring in an RV otherwise you will be turned away. Busses, Box Trucks and Cargo
Vans are not allowed within the campgrounds.
My ticket package included a Festival Merchandise Voucher, where do I pick up my voucher?
If you purchased a Groupie, Roadie, Star or a Hotel Package, your Festival Merchandise Voucher will be loaded onto your wristband. The Festival Merchandise Voucher is only valid for Festival Merchandise and not valid for Artist Merchandise. To redeem your voucher, please go to any of our merchandise locations and the staff will scan your wristband for authentication. We recommend redeeming your voucher early on the first day, so you can choose from the full selection of merchandise available.
